I paid and Pro isn't on yet
Send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with your account email. We switch Pro on manually, usually within a few hours, and you get an email receipt when we do.
How to payI want a refund
There's a refund window on every Pro purchase, and duplicate charges are always refunded in full. Ask by WhatsApp or email — there's no form.

Send us the screenshot it misread. Extraction runs on our server, so a fix reaches your phone without any app update — you don't need to reinstall anything.
Pricing and limitsThe Android app won't install
Android blocks apps from outside the Play Store until you allow it, and older 32-bit phones need a different build. Both are covered on the download page.
Android appI can't sign in, or need my email changed
Reset your password from the sign-in page first. Your account email is the only address a receipt or reminder can reach, so message us if it's wrong and we'll sort it out with you.
